"Saint Germain" is a farmhouse in the Charente style, surrounded by meadows and forests. From here you have a wonderful view of the valley and the best sunsets! An enchanted forest path leads to the chateau grounds, where the pool is located. An idyllic sunken path leads directly from the house down to the bathing lake.

Saint Germain is the only accommodation where dogs are allowed .

The farmhouse is lovingly planted and surrounded by vines. The courtyard is a wonderful place to spend time - eating, reading, relaxing in the hammock. Nothing really disturbs you here, no noise, apart from the occasional train in the distance and the chirping of birds.

There is plenty of space for cooking in the large open living room with kitchen, fireplace and dining table. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove and very good cooking equipment. In the utility room there is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.

On cooler evenings you can light the fire and sink comfortably into the armchairs. The floor of the house is made of the typical Charentais clay tiles. The house has two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with a king-size bed (180x200cm). There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with heaters.

Guests have free internet access via WiFi. There is also a large flat screen with Smart TV (Netflix etc.).

- Swimming lake with rowing boat and sandy beach

- The infinity pool (14x8m), which is used by all guests

- Walking paths through forests and meadows

- Towels and bedsheets

- The "Vintage" tennis court, an amateur asphalt court, is not for professionals!
